Tracking your progress to Gold Certification is simple:
- Whenever you have completed a sales call, log in and complete your Sales Debriefing Journal to review your use of the Sandler Selling System on your call.
- Your manager will then select two of your Sales Debriefing Journals to review with you over the phone and complete the Coaching Call Checklist. You will need to mark it complete once the call has happened.
- Finally, you and your manager should schedule a Ride Along day, once per quarter. Once it has happened, your manager will log in and complete the Sales Observation Checklist, and you will be asked to review it.
Complete all your checklists, and you are as good as gold!
